It’s been an exciting year for Stilhavn Real Estate Services. From our first team off-site retreat, the Medallion and President’s Club Awards, our one year anniversary and the opening of our newest office––here’s looking at you, Whistler––this year has been nothing short of amazing.
So, with the holidays upon us and 2020 fast approaching, we thought we’d reflect on some of the major milestones of Stilhavn’s first year as a brokerage.
Medallion and President’s Club Awards.
You can think of the Medallion and President’s Club Awards as the Oscars, but for real estate. Fancy clothes, red carpets and plenty of bubbly – it’s where the industry recognizes the top-performing REALTORS in the biz.
Last February, in its first year as a brokerage, Stilhavn was honoured to have 19 of its 36 agents receive these prestigious awards. With a total of 18 real estate teams making 2018 Medallion President’s Club, Stilhavn was one of just two brokerages with three teams making the list, and we couldn’t be more proud.

The Opening of Stilhavn Whistler
It’s hard to believe it was just February when we officially opened our headquarters in Vancouver (36 East 5th Avenue), with our North Vancouver office opening shortly after. Since then, we’ve expanded our reach to the Sea to Sky Corridor with our new Whistler location. This means Stilhavn’s team of top performing agents can now help you sell or buy a home in Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.
The opening of our Whistler office was particularly exciting, both because it represents growth and because it provides us with another excuse to take in Canada’s most celebrated ski community (not that we needed one).

We launched Stilhavn in late 2018 with a vision to set a new standard of professionalism with a boutique brokerage comprised of only the west coast’s top performing agents. It was a big vision, and things rarely went as we had planned. That said, a year and a bit on, we could not be more thankful and appreciative of how things have gone. We couldn’t have anticipated the support we’ve had from the public, our industry, and most importantly, our outstanding clients.
So, as the team here at Stilhavn settles in for the holidays, we’d like to thank you for the amazing support and encouragement you’ve given us in 2019, and wish you all the best over this holiday season.
