After graduating from the Television Broadcasting program at Algonquin College, Josh worked for ESPN /TSN on NHL and CFL broadcasts in Ottawa and Montreal. In late 2004, he moved to Whistler to fuel his passion for snowboarding and biking with an intention to move to Vancouver to continue a career in sports broadcasting. After 12+ years of living in Whistler he’s come to terms with the fact that he’s never leaving…Whistler is home.
Before becoming a realtor, Josh worked in hospitality at The Fairmont (Ottawa), Westin (Whistler), and The Four Seasons (Whistler) where he learnt the true meaning of high standards of client care. Before making the leap into real estate, he was an account manager in print advertising for Mountain Life Magazine, The FAQ “Insiders Guide to Whistler”, and Pique Newsmagazine. He also worked in Sales and Marketing at Club Intrawest, an exclusive membership based vacation club.
Through his professional experience he has a deep understanding of marketing and the sales process. This experience combined with his 12+ years of local knowledge will greatly benefit his real estate clients. As an added bonus, he is also the owner and operator of Crane Aerials, an aerial (drone) photography and video company specializing in real estate marketing content. Real estate was a natural progression, and Josh strives to create relationships built on trust and confidence. His business is built mostly upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they’ve received. He works hard to turn the process of buying or selling a home a pleasant one.
