Shane Styles entered real estate in the midst of the late 90’s dot-com boom. The air was thick with optimism and possibility, and for Shane, that was contagious. It’s no surprise he was determined to build a career that fused business excellence with a life rich in adventure.
That journey began, fittingly, in ski resort development. Shane found himself working alongside Lisa Billett, who over two decades later would become a fellow Stilhavn agent. A great reminder that no matter how big you dream, community always comes full circle.
Now 26 years in, Shane’s philosophy hasn’t changed. He continues to build his business the same way he builds his life: with a global perspective, an eye for quality, and a deep love for the Okanagan lifestyle.

Beyond the Deal
Shane is most proud of meeting his incredible wife and raising their three children. He also holds a BC Homebuilders License and has completed several personal projects in Kelowna — achievements that reflect both his professional expertise and hands-on passion for building.
When he’s not working, Shane can be found cheering on his kids’ volleyball, dance and soccer or heading into the backcountry for multi-day hiking adventures in the Monashee, Rocky, and surrounding mountain ranges. Adventure has always been part of his story — he was even on a nationally sponsored windsurfing team at just 12 years old.
