Nearly 15 years ago, Mary found herself at a pivotal crossroads. Two professions had left the deepest impact on her life: nursing, through the compassionate care she received at St. Paul’s when her children were born, and real estate, thanks to one remarkable REALTOR® who guided her family. Nursing, however, required years of study—something that wasn’t possible with two children under five at home. Real estate offered a way to create meaningful change right away. Now, looking back all these years later, Mary knows without a doubt she made the right choice.

Mary focuses on what she calls the “Kits to Commercial” corridor—stretching along the Broadway line from east to west. It’s an area she knows intimately, having lived in multiple pockets herself. She loves its unique balance: lively, walkable neighbourhoods filled with culture and vibrancy, alongside quiet, tree-lined streets, excellent schools, parks, and diverse housing. Mary sells it with confidence because she believes in it wholeheartedly.
Beyond the Deal
Colleagues and clients describe Mary as ambitious, diligent, punctual, and socially aware. Outside of real estate, she’s proudest of raising her two teenage daughters. Her personal passions—singing, acting, and walking—keep her grounded and creatively fulfilled. Recently, she produced and starred as Joanne in a Vancouver staging of RENT, and she hopes to bring another musical to the stage soon.
