His connection to mountain communities runs even deeper. Born and raised in Jasper, Alberta, Neal developed an appreciation for the mountains early in life — one that continues to shape both his lifestyle and his connection to the Sea to Sky today.

For Neal, one of his greatest accomplishments is balancing the things that matter most: being a husband and father while still finding time to get after it in the mountains.
His free time reflects exactly that. Sled-access backcountry snowboarding, e-mountain biking, and exploring the ocean by Sea-Doo all make the list, alongside family time and watching his family pursue their own passion for sports.
