Kelsey Fairbank: Thoughtful Service, Meaningful Relationships, and the Okanagan Lifestyle
“I chose Stilhavn because I wanted to surround myself with people whose approach to real estate aligned with my own — professionalism, collaboration, integrity, strong marketing, and above all, putting the client experience first.” — Kelsey Fairbank

A Natural Evolution
For Kelsey Fairbank, real estate was a natural evolution. Fascinated by homes, architecture, and the idea of “lifestyle” from a young age, she spent part of her early adult years living and working internationally, including in the South of France, Italy, the South Pacific, and the Caribbean. Those experiences gave her an appreciation for how closely connected where we live is to how we live.
Before transitioning into real estate more than a decade ago, Kelsey worked in luxury hospitality, fine dining, and event production. The skills she developed there, including anticipating needs, communicating well, and paying attention to the details, continue to shape the way she serves her clients today.
Relationships at the Heart of It
While Kelsey has always loved homes and architecture, it’s the people and their stories that keep her passionate about real estate. A move often represents a much bigger chapter in someone’s life, and being trusted to help navigate those moments is something she doesn’t take lightly.
Her goal is to make the process feel calmer and more manageable while ensuring her clients know they have someone firmly in their corner. Many clients have become friends over the years, and remaining part of their lives long after the keys have changed hands is one of her favourite parts of the career.
Finding Your Okanagan Lifestyle
Kelsey’s business takes her throughout the Central Okanagan, from Peachland and West Kelowna through Kelowna and into Lake Country.
For Kelsey, buying in the Okanagan isn’t simply about choosing a house, it’s about choosing a lifestyle. Whether that’s being close to the lake, having space for a garden, living among vineyards and orchards, accessing nearby trails, or having restaurants and farmers’ markets close to home, she loves helping clients find the little pocket of the Okanagan that feels like theirs.
What Sets Her Apart
Kelsey’s background in international luxury hospitality has had a lasting influence on her approach to real estate. To her, exceptional service isn’t about grand gestures, it’s about responsiveness, clear communication, anticipating needs, and taking care of the little details.
She’s also deeply relationship-driven. By understanding the why behind a move, Kelsey can provide advice and advocate for what matters most to her clients, while hopefully having a little fun along the way.
Beyond the Deal
Kelsey’s proudest accomplishment is being Ryder’s mom. Motherhood has become a significant part of her “why,” and she’s proud to build a life that allows her to be present for him while continuing to do work she genuinely loves.
Outside of real estate, Kelsey enjoys cooking, farmers’ markets, local food, travel, boating, camping, and spending time with her family. Much of her time is also spent cheering Ryder on and following him from one sport to the next. Supporting local businesses and community initiatives, particularly those involving children, families, nutrition, and local food systems, is also especially important to her.
A Home at Stilhavn
For Kelsey, choosing Stilhavn came down to alignment. She was drawn to a culture centred around professionalism, collaboration, integrity, strong marketing, and putting the client experience first.
She also appreciates what she describes as Stilhavn’s “quiet confidence” — an elevated approach where the work and client experience speak for themselves. It’s a natural fit for a business Kelsey has built around relationships, thoughtful service, and taking care of people.
