From Sawdust to Sold Signs
Before stepping into real estate, Mark spent plenty of time in the workshop — eventually realizing power tools aren’t the best conversationalists. Looking for a career with more connection (and fewer splinters), he made the switch to real estate. Thirteen long yet rewarding years later, Mark brings that same hands-on mindset to every client he serves.

He thrives on problem-solving, negotiating, and even a bit of counselling — guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity, humour, and steady confidence. His enthusiasm and positivity help clients feel supported and at ease through every step of the process.

Based on the North Shore, Mark lives and works primarily across North and West Vancouver — but as he jokes, he’ll “cross a bridge if someone laughs at my jokes.” He loves the big family vibe that defines the communities he serves, where large lots, trees everywhere, and all the “nature mumbo jumbo” create a welcoming, grounded environment.
What Sets Him Apart
When asked what sets him apart, Mark simply says it’s “a surprise if we end up working together.” What clients quickly learn, though, is that he’s dedicated to bringing joy to those around him — clients, colleagues, friends, and family. His energy, tenacity, and natural warmth shape every relationship he builds.
Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, Mark spends most of his time with his “famjam” — his wife, their two “monster” boys, and their sweet angel dog. Whether out exploring or just being together, family time is the centre of his world and the source of much of his humour and heart.
