Ryan Zwick

Ryan was born and raised on Vancouver’s West Side, giving him an intimate understanding of the city—its past, present, and future. For over twenty years, he worked alongside his father, Bernd, at the family business, B&B Scale Models, located on Granville Island. There, he led a talented team that created architectural models for some of the most iconic developments in Vancouver and across North America.

With a lifelong passion for architecture and construction, Ryan has always enjoyed working with his hands. Over the past decade, he’s successfully bought and renovated homes of his own—a hands-on experience that sparked his transition into real estate and led him to join forces with his brothers, Rob and Kris.

Ryan is committed to guiding his clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, care, and professionalism. A natural leader, he takes pride in sharing his knowledge with both clients and colleagues, always striving to build meaningful relationships that stand the test of time.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hockey, golf, and sports in general, as well as cooking and gathering around the table with family and friends. Above all, he values time spent with his wife and kids.
