I love my job! My first language is Albertan, where I was born and raised to work hard, go the extra mile, be my best, and dream big. Dream, I did! I quickly became fluent in British Columbian when I turned 18, packed up my 1973 VW Bug, and hit the road to live the ocean life that I dreamed of in Vancouver. I can be found chasing sunsets with my dog on any given night, and the ocean still takes my breath away after all of these years. I live on the Westside in a house that looks exactly like the Lego house I regularly built as a kid; truly! My dreams have come true with hard work and the cheers of my beloved family, friends, and clients, who I am eternally grateful for.

I have been a Licensed Realtor® since April, 2012, but by osmosis, I have been a Realtor® since I was 8, as my step father in Calgary, is still a Realtor® of many decades, and he is in his 80’s. I grew up answering the phone professionally, folding and delivering real estate flyers, looking at active and sold listings in the MLS “Blue Pages,” and getting first hand experience of cherishing clients and Realtor® life, well before cell phones and the internet came along.

Homes are the four walls that hold the lives and the memories that we make. I have always believed in real estate as the most important financial investment that anyone can make; it is a game changer, for sure. I LOVE creating a plan of action to help my clients’ real estate goals come to fruition. People are behind every sale, so every sale is unique. No matter their circumstances – happy or sad – moving is hard for people. It is in our DNA to “nest.” It is a complete honour to be chosen as my clients’ Realtor®, to navigate them through the happy, sad, tedious, legal, exhilaration, and exhale of the buying and selling process. I remain at my clients’ service for life.

I am a Negotiation Specialist and I have a perfectionist attention to detail and a love for client care and logistics. My job is to legally protect my clients, which I take very seriously, while being able to bring smiles, ease, and joy to any situation. It is very hard to out-work me. I aim to be your Realtor® throughout all of your real estate transactions. I will always work hard to earn and keep your business, while being the agent who you are proud to suggest to others.
