About Mary

Mary celebrated her 10-year anniversary as a real estate advisor in 2021. From the very beginning, she knew she wanted to help people in a profound way. Leaving a rewarding career in the music business, she made a choice between nursing and real estate. Having had wonderful personal experiences with both nurses and realtors, she knew the impact of professional, caring service during her most important transitional life events. With two small children at home, the path to a successful real estate career was straightforward, and she became a licensed realtor within a few months.

The learning curve was steep, but by keeping her focus on helping her clients succeed, she found herself in the top 10% of realtors in Greater Vancouver in 2014, and has been there ever since. She left REMAX in 2021 having achieved most of their designations including Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, and Diamond Awards.

Her greatest professional accomplishment is building The Mary Cleaver Group along with her business partner, Amy Trebelco. Her team of four talented, dedicated women work together seamlessly to provide an exceptional client experience for each buyer and seller. They have grown, and will likely continue to grow organically with the need to serve more people as past clients continue to recommend them to others.

Must provide a valid email address. The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10. Understand that information on this site is deemed to be valid but is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the registrants to confirm all information on their own.
