About Kate

Kate is the principal of The Kate MacPhail Group. She is an award-winning Vancouver Realtor with over 11 years of experience. She joined Stilhavn in 2021 from Remax where she received Platinum, Hall of Fame and Chairman’s Club distinctions in her most recent years. She is also a member of the Medallion Club (Top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board).

Born and raised on Vancouver’s west side, she now calls Commercial Drive home and couldn’t be happier there.

At home, Kate is a wife and a mum to two awesome kids as well as 2 cats and an evil little chihuahua. She and her family spend most of their holiday time in Whistler where she is learning, along with her 5- and 7-year-olds, to ski and mountain bike.
