About Brooke

Brooke was raised here in North Vancouver in a prominent Realtor® family, exposing her to the ins and outs of North Van’s real estate industry at a young age. Dinnertime conversation was often about real estate, so Brooke learned through osmosis making her entry into real estate seamless.

Brooke first worked for her family’s real estate company as a part time receptionist while attending U.B.C. and later joined the team full time.

Early on, Brooke witnessed the important role Realtors® play in the community, and the opportunity to lend her extensive experience and talents to help others discover North Vancouver for themselves. With many friends looking to raise their families on the North Shore, Brooke’s knowledge of local schools and neighbourhoods has made her their go-to realtor®.

Brooke has been an annual member of the Medallion Club and has received the Team President’s Club Award from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as well as the Realtors Care Award for Team Clarke’s work with ALS.

Brooke lives in Edgemont Village with her husband and fellow Team Clarke realtor®, Rob Montgomerie and their son Logan and daughter Quinn. Their children attend St. Catherine’s Pre-School in Edgemont Village and frequently come by their parents office to visit and play with the office dog. In her free time, Brooke can be found having play dates at the local playgrounds or exploring the North Shore’s beaches hunting for seashells and rocks with her inquisitive kids.

Must provide a valid email address. The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10. Understand that information on this site is deemed to be valid but is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the registrants to confirm all information on their own.
