About Alexa

Alexa Baughen brings extensive real estate experience, community-building, and leadership to The Den. Prior to making the change to residential, Alexa spent 17 years in commercial real estate and 8 years in residential design and development, holding senior executive roles at Anthem Properties. She is a founding member and Director for CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), was a recipient of Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40 award, and a nominee for the YWCA’s Women of Distinction Award.

Giving back is a top priority for Alexa and she is an active philanthropist, volunteering with many charitable organizations including the Circle of Hearts Fund, the London Psychiatric Hospital, the Canadian Cancer Society, Union Gospel Mission, Lifelines Targeted Fundraising, North Shore Family Services, and the Vancouver Food Bank.

Alexa is a lifelong learner and traveler. A work abroad program in London, England was followed by a Masters of Applied Sciences in Global Media and Communications at the London School of Economics. Alexa has backpacked in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America, but lived most of her life in North and West Vancouver where she is now raising her four young children with her husband Callum.

The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10.
